The North American Network Operators Group (NANOG), is the professional association for Internet engineering and architecture, Our core focus is on continuous improvement of the data transmission technologies, practices, and faclities that make the Internet function.

Now that you know who NANOG is, your next question will probably be something like "How can my company get involved?". The answer is quite simple: through sponsorship!

As a non-profit organization, NANOG relies on sponsors to help with costs for its tri-annual conferences as well as the costs of managing ongoing communications. Premium Sponsorship Packages

All premium sponsorship opportunities cover three (3) consecutive meetings and may be purchased in advance of new meeting announcements, throughout the year based on availability.

Diamond Sponsorship (3 consecutive meetings) $100,000

The Diamond Partner Sponsorship offers the sponsor an opportunity for the highest recognition which includes 6 paid-in-advance registrations (PIA) per meeting (total of 18 PIA registrations for the duration of the Diamond Sponsorship).

NANOG offers each premium sponsor individual meeting add-on opportunities. You may choose one of the following options for each individual meeting over the life of the Gold Sponsorship:

Individual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

All individual sponsorship opportunities are tied directly to a single meeting. Unless otherwise specified as a co-sponsor option with pricing, all sponsorships listed below are for an Individual Company to purchase. Individual sponsorships can be secured after the close of the previous NANOG meeting. For example, Individual sponsorships for NANOG 71 are open after the close of NANOG 70. Sponsors interested in a specific Individual Meeting Sponsorship should send an email to [email protected] to secure their sponsorship of choice. Requests for Individual sponsorships will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Advanced reservations for future meeting sponsorship opportunities are available, and the reservation will be honored only if the NANOG invoice is paid in full upon receipt.

Meeting HOST Sponsorship $30,000

Host Sponsoring a NANOG Meeting is possibly one of the best ways for a Sponsor to become recognized within the community. The Meeting Host Sponsorship offers the sponsor an opportunity for top visibility highlighted in NANOG collateral during a specific NANOG Meeting. The NANOG Meeting Host Sponsor recognition will live in perpetuity in the NANOG website meeting archives. The Meeting Host Sponsor is also given an opportunity to address and welcome attendees during the opening remarks. This sponsorship includes 3 paid-in-advance registration passes plus 1 one-day pass registration for that individual meeting.

The Connectivity Sponsor(s) will be recognized as the NANOG Connectivity Partner to the hotel during the entire NANOG Meeting on the NANOG website and will provide at the sponsor's sole expenses 1000Mbps of bandwidth to the Meeting Venue. Top-Level Recognition lives beyond the meeting in perpetuity through the NANOG website meeting archives. This sponsorship includes 2 paid-in-advance Meeting registrations for that individual meeting.

Espresso Bar Sponsorship $25,000

The Espresso Bar Sponsorship offers the sponsor an opportunity for a 8'x8' (eight foot wide by eight foot high) banner display and up to two t-banners (all provided by the sponsor) and recognition for three full days (8:30am-4:30pm) as well as a chance to distribute literature each day during the two 30 minute Breaks. Sponsorship of the Espresso coffee service is sure to be a crowd pleaser, limited and featured by a single sponsor. The Sponsor signage will be viewable even when the Espresso station is closed. Attendees will enjoy the opportunity to choose a specialty espresso drink during breaks.

Newcomers Lunch Sponsorship $10,000

The Newcomers Lunch Sponsorship offers the sponsor an opportunity for great recognition during a 60 minute Lunch. Sponsorship of the Newcomer’s Lunch has been a sponsorship that has typically sold out due to the immense popularity to premium sponsors due to the attractiveness of reaching the Newcomers to NANOG. The Newcomers lunch offers a comfortable, warm atmosphere on the Newcomer’s first full-day of the meetings (which is typically Monday). During the Newcomer Lunch, a short presentation is made by a NANOG Board Member, welcoming the attendee to the meeting and community. During this time, various sponsors are mentioned along with a short general overview of the NANOG meeting format and the various key members of the Committees and community are introduced that Newcomer’s can reach out to for guidance throughout the meeting.

Survey Giveaway Sponsorship - Valued at $1,500

Sponsorship of Survey Giveaway Item. Presentation surveys are collected electronically throughout the meeting and the drawings take place for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday surveys in the General Session. The Sponsorship offers numerous mentions and announcements throughout meetings for increased visibility for the Sponsor. The Survey Giveaway item should have a retail value of $500 per item (3*$500 = $1500).

Social Sponsorship (Limited to 3 sponsors - $15,000 each)

NANOG attendees appreciate a good event and we know how to ensure a good time. NANOG Socials bring attendees together in a relaxed environment to enjoy food, drinks and entertainment ensuring networking opportunities continue into the evening. Sponsors will receive logo branding throughout the event along with an opportunity to provide attendees branded SWAG as a memorable take away of the good time they will have. Without the need to worry about selecting a venue, managing vendors, ordering food and beverage - you can get the recognition your company expects without the tireless effort traditionally needed. Sponorship is limited to no more than 3 sponsors for each NANOG organized social. The event runs for two hours.

	Sponsorship Opportunities The North American Network Operators Group (NANOG), is the professional association for Internet engineering and architecture, Our core focus is on continuous improvement of the data transmission technologies, practices, and faclities that make the Internet function. Now that you know who NANOG is, your next question will probably be something like "How can my company get involved?". The answer is quite simple: through sponsorship! As a non-profit organization, NANOG relies on sponsors to help with costs for its tri-annual conferences as well as the costs of managing ongoing communications. Unless otherwise specified as a co-sponsor option with pricing, all sponsorships listed below are for an Individual Company to purchase. Individual sponsorships can be secured after the close of the previous NANOG meeting. For example, Individual sponsorships for NANOG 71 are open after the close of NANOG 70. Requests for Individual sponsorships will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Advanced reservations for future meeting sponsorship opportunities are available, and the reservation will be honored only if the NANOG invoice is paid in full upon receipt. Meeting HOST Sponsorship $30,000 Host Sponsoring a NANOG Meeting is possibly one of the best ways for a Sponsor to become recognized within the community. The Meeting Host Sponsorship offers the sponsor an opportunity for top visibility highlighted in NANOG collateral during a specific NANOG Meeting.
