as has been stated on this list several times over the past few years...

net 39 was left in my care by my previous boss.
If so then:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space
should be updated to reflect that.

If RADB has:
route: 39.0.0.0/8
descr: Exchange Point Networks

origin: AS4554

then there should be some amount of congruence between IANA and RADB.
