Not that I disagree with the base argument, but GeekTools SuperWhois
tells me that RoadRunner has a *lot* of address space. *Very* few
specific hosts are blackholed. It's not accurate to say that Road Runner
is blackholed. The effect on users has not reached the threshold of
pain, and those users who are inconvenienced are mostly aware, and
culpable.
