Great.  I use NAT.  I have a single IP address, can't get much
better than that.

How do I multihome with my /32?

This is a serious question, several large web sites are a single
IP that is translated by "nat"; load balancers actually.  If you
want to argue everyone should use NAT, you need to do that hand in
hand with a method for making smaller allocations multi-home capable,
or you've only solved half the problem, and thus have a useless
solution.
