Hey Wil,

By having the circuit shut down do you mean its shut down from your end? If so, why not just bring up the link and deactivate the ospf neighbors, that way you can still have a vantage point to monitor the problem while not having any impact on your networks traffic.

The problem seemed to spike about 20 minutes ago.
