Which Cisco 7500 OS for high availability

If I'm going to do high availability with Cisco 75xx running RSP4s which OS is the best? I picked 12.2.34 as being most stable for BGP features, but I'm just starting on the HA stuff and I don't see any of the redundancy knobs in this version of the OS.
