That is easy.

She is not:

One of the old crowd.

One of the power elite.

She is probably:

Trying to provide a service, which if successful would threaten the sit-on-
their-ass crowd.

Too young to have been around when what matters happened--the gathering
up of tons of address-space at no cost to the gatherers.
