     Anyone else have any information?  Broadwing queue hold
times are excessive, thought someone else might have been able to
get an ETR.
Per C&W, catastrophic [MFS] fiber cut affecting OC48s in Indiana. C&W master ticket 413-51998. No ETR at this time.
