(MIDWEST) Fiber Cut This morning approx 8:15 EST

Yup, it's Friday the 13th,

     Have several circuits down between Ohio and Illinois.
We can confirm Broadwing long haul network is effected.

     Anyone else have any information?  Broadwing queue hold
times are excessive, thought someone else might have been able to
get an ETR.
