Summary of the answers I received about this topic, 3 people answered: #1 has upgraded one production router, and till now are happy with it. But he fears to make a general deployment of 12.0 throughout the network, because of 11.0/11.1 problemas with the first releases. #2 is regression testing 12.0, and haven't noticed anything wrong. #3 have not upgraded a production router.
