  • Susan Hamlin is the Director of Communications and Member Services at ARIN. Joining ARIN in 2000, Susan built a Member Services Department and now oversees the department that is the focal point for all ARIN communications and outreach, as well as facilitating the Policy Development Process, elections and the Public Policy and Members Meetings. Susan brought to ARIN a background in policy writing and trade association work; having worked for a DC think tank and served on the national staff of the Associated General Contractors of America supporting its International Division, Education and Marketing Committees.

  • Huanhuan Jezzibell Gilmore, PacketFabric
  • Jezzibell is the SVP of Business Development for PacketFabric, a stealth mode startup building the next-generation networking platform to redefine interconnection. She brings 17+ years of professional experience from our own community. Jezzibell began her tenure in the industry at AboveNet back in 1998. She has held various positions in Management, Marketing, Operations, Global Sourcing, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development at companies such as: AboveNet, Akamai, IX Reach, ServerCentral, nLayer, and GTT. Jezzibell has been serving as a Board of Director on the current NANOG Board, and was the Vice Chair of the Development Committee from 2012 to 2013. She has been an active NANOG participant since 2001.

  • Leslie Nobile, ARIN
  • Leslie is ARIN’s Director of Registration Services. She has over 20 years of experience in the Internet field, and has been involved with the Internet Registry system since 1991. Prior to that, she held various technical management positions while working under a U.S. Government contract that supported the engineering and implementation of the Defense Data Network, a high-speed data network that evolved from the ARPANET. Her experience with the Registry system began in 1991 working as one of the Operations managers who transitioned the Internet Network Information Center (NIC) from SRI to Network Solutions, Inc. She remained an Operations manager with the DDN/DoD NIC until August 2000, when she became Director of Registration Services at ARIN. She has been a contributing author to RFCs, Internet Society (ISOC) articles, and various other industry publications and has been actively involved in the global coordination of Internet addressing policy.

  • Mark Kosters is the Chief Technology Officer of the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), responsible for all engineering initiatives within the organization, leading both development and operations. Mark has over twenty-three years of experience as an applications developer, networking engineer, technical manager and executive. For eighteen years previous to his employment at ARIN, he has been a senior engineer at Data Defense Network (DDN) NIC, chief engineer and Principal Investigator under the NSF-sponsored Internet NIC (InterNIC), and Vice President of Research at VeriSign. Over his career, Mark has been involved in application design and implementation of core internet client/server tools, router administration, UNIX system administration, database administration, and network security. He has represented both network information centers in various technical forums such as the IETF, RIPE, APNIC, CaribNOG and NANOG. Additionally, he has co-authored many IETF RFCs running from directory services to IP Address Practices to improvements to DNSSEC.

  • Paul Ebersman works for Comcast as a DNS architect and as a technical resource, both internally and to the internet community. He first worked on the internet for the Air Force in 1984. He was employee number ten at UUNET and helped build AlterNET and the modem network used by MSN, AOL and Earthlink. He has maintained his roots in the internet and the open source community, working for various internet infrastructure companies including ISC and Nominum before coming to Comcast.

  • Paul Andersen, ARIN
  • Paul Andersen has been with egateNETWORKS Inc., a managed network service provider based in Toronto, since he founded the company in 1996. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the organization's IP network. He has served as Board Chairman for both the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (the dot-ca registry) and the Toronto Internet Exchange. Paul is a licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario, and holds a B.A. Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. Paul served on the ARIN Advisory Council from January 2004 until he vacated his position on the AC upon election to the Board of Trustees. He has served on the ARIN Board of Trustees since January 2010 and his current term expires 31 December 2015.

  • Leslie Nobile is the Senior Director of Global Registry Knowledge at the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN). Reporting directly to the CEO, her role is to research and recommend Registry improvements both within ARIN and across the Registry system, with a focus on data integrity and quality. Prior to that, Leslie served as ARIN’s Director of Registration Services for 14 and 1/2 years where she was responsible for the overall development, direction and operation of the department. Leslie has over 25 years of experience in the Internet industry, where she has held various technical management positions. Her previous work includes Internet registry operations at the DDN/DoD Network Information Center (NIC), as well as technical support of the development and expansion of the Defense Data Network (DDN), a high-speed military data network that evolved from the ARPANET. Leslie has been a contributing author to RFCs, Internet Society (ISOC) articles, and various other industry publications and has been actively involved in the global coordination of Internet addressing policy. She has represented ARIN at various industry forums and presented at many, including RIR meetings, ICANN, NANOG, Caribbean Telecommunications Union, ARIN on the Roads, ARIN Government Working Group meetings and various law enforcement venues and cyber crime conferences. Leslie received her B.A. from the American University in Washington, D.C.

  • Phil Roberts, Internet Society
  • Phil Roberts joined the Internet Society's Standards & Technology Department in April 2008. As Technology Programme Manager, Phil leads important components of the Internet Society's technical work in the deployment of open standards and promoting the Internet's collaborative development and operational management model. This has included spearheading the Internet Society's coordination of World IPv6 Day in 2011 and World IPv6 Launch in 2012. Phil has been active in the IETF for over a decade, with roles including working group chair, nominating committee chair, and executive director of the Internet Architecture Board (IAB). During that time, his technical focus has been integrating Internet technologies into cellular telecommunications systems. He has promoted the use of IETF-standardized mobile networking technologies for delivery of data across cellular networks, which is now becoming the basis of networking technology for all cellular applications. His background ranges from core development in software, operating systems, and management systems; research in platforms and networks for cellular networks; to business development and marketing. His research experience includes both AT&T Bell Laboratories and Motorola Laboratories and he held the position of Director of Network Architecture for Megisto Systems, Inc. Phil is based in Illinois, United States
