Cameron Byrne, T-Mobile US

Cameron Byrne is a Member of Technical Staff and Director of Technology at T-Mobile US in Bellevue, Washington. Cameron has been with T-Mobile for 8 years, and leads end-to-end IP network architecture. He is also co-author of the IPv6 transition architecture 464XLAT / RFC 6877.
Abstract: Many edge networks have experienced growth that exceeds the available supply of IPv4. One approach to decoupling scarce IPv4 from an ever expanding edge network is 464XLAT / RFC 6877. This talk will review how 464XLAT works and how T-Mobile has launched 464XLAT to millions of smartphone subscribers.
