Gary Sockrider is Solutions Architect for the Americas at Arbor Networks with over 25 years of industry experience. He seeks to understand and convey the constantly evolving threat landscape as well as the techniques and solutions that address these challenges.
Abstract: Presentation of Arbor Networks’ ninth annual Worldwide Infrastructure Security Report. It is based on a survey that collects the experiences, observations and concerns of the global operational security community. Insights will be shared on a range of topics including: significant operational threats; threat motivations, scale, targeting, and frequency; threat detection and mitigation techniques. Additional areas of focus include: IPv6 observations, corporate networks, data centers, mobile networks, and DNS operators.
