Abstract: IPV4 runout means new entrants will from the outset deploy techniques the present operators consider undesirable.

On the vendor side CGN hardware is becoming a mature product space.

Datacenter operators confront a similar set of problems both supporting outgoing and incoming connections.

IPV6 should be appearing in new greenfield projects I would think.

I have an internet content providers point of view, I am hopeful that some other participants with different vantage points will also be willing to talk.
