Abstract: This session examines new Layer 4+ switching technology, how it works, why it\'s needed, and outlines technical deployment issues. Topics dicussed include: HTTP, DNS and other redirection operations, firewall and URL-based load balancing, distributed server load balancing and the integration of L4+ technology into existing ISP infrastructures.
