Abstract:	After an introductory overview of the OSPF interior routing protocol, Berkowitz presents some interesting case studies of useful but non-obvious things one can do with OSPF, if one is willing to think \"outside the box.\" The tutorial concentrates on determining requirements and network design, rather than detailed configuration, emphasizing ways that a high-powered OSPF domain can be a viable alternative to BGP for many customer and internal ISP applications. Also includes information about network deployment and practical address management with OSPF.
