E-Bay / Paypal engineer eyeballs required.

Apologies to the list for the post, but:

Could an engineer from E-Bay/Paypal contact me off-list, as we're having some difficulty reaching your network.

Our ARIN assigned space (66.135.96.0/19) is awfully close to your own, and I suspect a typo. We have no issues reaching the edge of your space via multiple carriers.
