I suggest at least making a perfunctory effort to acquaint yourself with
the long, sordid history of Atrivo/Intercage, and its numerous prior
(and utterly specious) claims of "cooperation" and "reform" before
commenting further.

What was the deal about doing the same thing over and over and over and over, each time expecting the outcome to be different?
