Qwest is a rather large entity, so it would help to provide specifics
about the nature of your problem and what department(s) you're looking
for specifically.

If this is the office DSL you've been trying to cancel on account of
them not offering IPv6, I'm not sure the NANOG list is the best place
to discuss it.  A better place might be the dslreports.com forums, or:
