From Tyco Road Virginia, the last time they were in my 6 hour BGP status runs over Cogent was March 13 at Noon :

bgp.sum.Mar_13_12:07:00_EST_2008: AS 1299 TELIANET | 45 prefixes | 2624 prefixes & 378 ASN supported | 245414 Addresses | 2 hops | as path 174 1299

Now (10 minutes ago) I still have nothing from them.
