Since it's impacting you personally, it might behoove you to fill out
this form. They do have an option that says "I am a user at that
domain." It may still result in the IP being delisted.

Even though I'm a Gmail user, I'm not anti-Comcast over this; Gmail
does some things at odds with abuse prevention best practices. For
example, hiding the source IP of users using their webmail. Makes it
very hard for receivers to see through the last hop and block or
filter /only/ the bad mail.
