You mean like one well known company that tries to make sure everyone pays for most common programs everyone needs when they buy a computer? (you know it did not used to be like that 10 years ago...)

As for google, I'd not expect them to charge but new protocol with
the following structure will be right their alley:

-   destination address    -   (there is no need for source address
----------------------------    since everything comes from google)
-    data you asked for    -
- data you did not ask for -   (google advertisement space)
