It's *wireless*! You can just sit and sniff traffic, no need to play
ARP games to redirect traffic to you.
*Active* attacks are facilitated by rogue APs and arp spoofing.

Exactly! It can't be put in any other terms... However, I believe the
point he was trying to make was that there are other attacks as well.
