Err, scratch that.  I misread your post.  

 $host 64.164.28.194
  194.28.164.64.in-addr.arpa is an alias for  \
     194.192.28.164.64.in-addr.arpa.
  194.192.28.164.64.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ns.nextbus.com.

Is "194.192.28.164.64.in-addr.arpa" valid?
