Level3 Blip?

Anyone know what, if anything happened with Level3 this morning? (8-10am, CDT)

Nothing on their webpage, but I have some customers jumping up and down screaming at me about a 'global network outage', and I frankly don't want to believe them on a Friday. (i.e., I have them showing me a 'global traffic' graph from some website saying the internet is coming to an end)
