This is interesting because most of these fake lottery winnings have directed people to call a cellphone in the Netherlands. Now, they have shifted to South Africa, a country that was once a Dutch colony and where many people still speak a Dutch dialect called Afrikaans. The South African Police Service has a page http://www.saps.gov.za/faq/faq4.htm where you can report this. By the way, it only took me about 5 minutes to identify the phone numbers and find the SAPS info using Google. --Michael Dillon
