Ask ARIN if their legal counsel would be willing to file a "friend of the court" brief to help the judge understand that this customer has no legal right to those addresses. 2. If the TRO is already in place, then ask the court to order your customer to cease and desist any current and future spamming or network abuse activities. And ask the court for permission to take appropriate action to protect your network in the event that any such activities are reported to you. At least that way there will be some limits.
