Two children of the Wirehub/Easynet Dynablock are
available via rsync:

You can use grepcidr with BGP data if you need to
split the lists by ASN.

However for blocking incoming SMTP at the moment it
may be more effective to simply use the Spamhaus XBL
and basic HELO sanity checks.
