Re: updated root hints file

	Hello All ,  Hmmm ,  watching this thread & having acquired the
	new cache ile I did a diff on it & noticed that 'J' was changed
	as well (compared to MY cache file) .  Did 'J' change sometime
	in the near past that I missed ?  Tia ,  JimL
