Actually we do hope to eventually make available bogon lists based on
the unallocated prefixes within the RIR allocations.  This will be a
separate list due to the more dynamic nature of it.  It will use a
different community on the bogon route-server as well.  I don't have an
ETA for that portion of the list, however.
