Drew, I'm sure that by now you have reloaded your router and everything is working great; however, in the future treat this issue like a memory usage problem. When this problem returns here are some things you can look for; 1. Low processing memory 2. Too many telnet sessions 3. Hung TCP connections 4. It's usually okay to just leave it running unless you really have a need to show the running-config at this hour.
