C&W or TWTC OC-3 ?

Greetings,

Can anyone share experiences with either Cable & Wireless (AS3561) or
Time Warner Telecom (AS4323) as upstream providers at the OC-3 level?

If so please communicate with me directly, as it may not be
appropriate for discussion here.
