Regards Marshall Eubanks I don't think we've done business with *any* telco that hasn't overbilled us, both LECs (BellSouth, GTE/Verizon, Cincinnati Bell, ICG, Adelphia), and l/d (wcom, T, MCI, probably others that I'm forgetting about).
