Particularly, some routers on 152.63.131.0 seem to be down. The result is I can't get to the root name servers. I've tried tracerouting to all 13 root name server and I can only get to 3. The traceroutes all die in the block I mentioned about. Anybody else noticing this? Can anybody responsible for the IP block confirm?
