Need AT&T Broadband contact in Atlanta

If there is an AT&T Broadband engineer, with access to equipment in
Atlanta, please contact me. 

There is an invalid route or subnet on the 24.31.98.0/255.255.254.0
subnet in Atlanta.  The 'upper half' (24.31.99.1 - 24.31.99.255) is
inaccessible from the public Internet, and users on that section cannot
reach the default gateway of 24.31.98.1.

The 'lower half' of the 24.31.98.0/255.255.254.0 subnet (24.31.98.1 -
24.31.98.255) is accessible via the public Internet.
