I believe that the Taliban has banned the Internet and much else besides.
However, the Internet is important for the resistance.

It is the web site of the
Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan (RAWA).

They have discovered that the mandatory chadors enable them
to carry around video cameras pretty much at will.

WARNING - there are very shocking pictures on this web site.
It is not for the weak stomached.
