Closest Exit Routing Decisions

Hello All,

	Question. For those who have networks supporting closest exit routing,
which means are being used to influence the closest exit decision? ie.
IGP metrics, IBGP internal MEDs, etc. Also for those using IGP metrics,
which IGP is being used.
