Quite likely, considered globally.  But personally, I'll be happy
to get Roeland Meyer's prompt payment of the 50 cents (per flap, per router,
per prefix) he owes me, as a start in discovering a market price for my 
routing slots.

I urge the rest of you to invoice him for your 50-cents-times-n, today.
