I just thought your list of Tier 1 providers was
interesting - that gets back to the (very) old
argument about exactly what "Tier-1" means, and that
tends to be a religious argument for many.  I like the
Skitter approach myself - www.caida.org - if they're
in red or yellow, they're Tier 1, if purple, tier 2...
