Tiers and other sales speak

Someone from MAE-Dulles called me and said they were a 2nd generation MAE.
What in the world is that?

TAG changed their name to MAE-Dulles.  My guess is to try to make people
think they were somehow related to MAE-East.

No mention of tier at all....it's a new "generation".
