He must have gotten stuck in some type of time warp (or cool cryogenics), if he hasn't noticed that the "MCI" backbone was sold to Cable & Wireless nearly three years ago now (IIRC). Give the man a break... if he just woke up from an extended deep sleep or something, then it's no surprise that he still wants to run his mail server the way people ran mail servers five years ago.
