Try explaining that in a customer outage notification: "On Monday, June 11, at 9:30 am GMT, providernet suffered complete failure of both circuits from London to Paris. One line failed due to a fiber cut, and NATO stole the other. Network engineers, international terrorists, and Slobodan Milosevic are currently working to restore service." Is it Friday yet?
