Major Qwest ATM outage.

For any of us  unlucky enough to have Qwest ATM service, they are
having a major outage.  Started exactly at midnight eastern, and the MAST
person I spoke with made a reference to lucent conference calls, so I'm
betting on a bungled software upgrade or something similar.
