Or sometimes in the day when an installer hears no dial-tone and grabs your T1 pairs. Or when a tech misreads a circuit ID and kills the wrong customer. Or another case where a bumbling tech brushed against the dip switches on the CSU/DSU. And.... [fill in your own horror story here] If these things have never happened to you then you have not been in this business very long.
