Is the domain under which this new host lives held at NSI's registrar? I
got this same sort of problem a few months ago, and finally I was told by
NSI that I cannot make changes to my hosts under tmcs.net using NSI's host
template anymore. I must go through the current registrar for tmcs.net,
which is Register.com, who was at first confused by what NSI had told me.
But they figured out what to do, and made the change appear in the glue from
the gTLD servers somehow. But the crsnic registry still shows the old
address for c.ns.tmcs.net.

So is your new host living under a domain that is held at some other
registrar? You may have to go through the registrar for that domain to get
a host record entered/changed.

None of this makes any sense to me, by the way. It's just another symptom
of a broken system if you ask me.
