We used Remedy to manage trouble reporting and follow up until we went with
a system which was developed specifically to meet our staff and user needs.

     There've been a lot of improvements made to RT since it was
     called "WebRT" -- including a total rewrite, which is now in
     beta.  http://www.fsck.com/projects/rt/ has info.
