My dialup provider, StarNet, purchases databases from CCMI. Resellers
can use StarNet's software to determine which one of their POPs is local
given a specific NPA/NXX. For a sample application, check out

Try, for example, 216 619 (Cleveland) and 440 254
(Leroy Twp., served out of the Painesville, OH Ameritech CO)...
