Not that this is of much use to most of you but for Ohio it is published on the PUCO web page at http://www.puc.state.oh.us/pucogis/easmaps/EASMAP.HTM Very useful for figuring out where to put terminal servers. You might try your own state Public Utility Commission - at least in Ohio the local calling area is a regulated function.
