It seems your complaint has to do with renumbering and the
allocation size your organization may have been approved for.
I would be glad to speak to you about your request this
evening/morning if you would like.  If you email me a telephone
number where I can reach you within the next few hours, I will
call and speak with you about your request.  Otherwise, please 
contact the ARIN registration services help desk tomorrow
and ask to speak to the anayst who reviewed your request.
