Lightning and nacamar down?

Does anyone know what is happening with Lightning and nacamar
at MAE-East?

I am told that AboveNet shut Lightning down for non-payment, taking
down their MAE-East FDDI and ATM connections, and that Nacamar had
their gear in Lightning's AboveNet space?

Is this true?  I know the Gigabell bankruptcy probably put Lightning
in a hard spot.

Hoping to see them stay up for their IRC servers and freesoftware.com's
sakes.
